I have a 3+ with Software version 2.1 which is the subject of the recall but don't seem to have received an email direct - I found out by an email from a friend who is an Eagle who saw something on the club Facebook (I don't use Facebook). I am just wondering if it is another BMW situation ie only do a proper recall in the places where you might get successfully sued (ie/eg US) and stuff the rest?
