Members may be interested in the details of a journey planned by Huw Kingston (a long time member of the club, who is currently living in Australia). He is planning a circumnavigation of the Mediterranean over 12 months (starting in April) by kayak, foot, mountain bike and ski - 15,000km and 20 countries. The ski sections will include Lebanon (depending on the political situation) and a traverse of the Taurus mountains of Turkey.
