The Membership Development Sub Committee seeks to support and develop the wider interests of the club membership, by promoting strategies intending to cover:
- The social side of the Club (UK events, regional activities, lectures etc.)
- Youth and Diversity
- Safeguarding
- Strategies to promote active Membership participation in club activities, organisation, and management - e.g., through the adoption of a “Regionalisation” strategy.

The terms of reference were approved by main committee 19/04/21.
The current membership of the sub-committee is: Declan Phelan (Vice President - Chair), Nick Donohue, Paul Karas, Andrew Kydd, Shanthi Ravichandran, Emily Taylor, Rya Tibawi.
